Return and Refund Policy – Balletflats.nl
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if the size isn't right, we are here to help. At Balletflats.nl, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
Return Conditions:

The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

The product must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (trying them on inside is fine, of course).

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return:

Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your item at wissamteam1@gmail.com and include your order number.

We will provide you with the return instructions and the return shipping address.

Send the package back via a local post office. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Did your shoes arrive damaged, or did you receive the wrong size/color? Please email us immediately at wissamteam1@gmail.com with a clear photo of the issue and your order number. We will send you a replacement pair or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you!
